Why Wellbeing Leadership
Wellbeing is all about the Inner YOU and it’s the ability to bring the best in you to face the world. Leadership would be at its best when your Wellbeing level is at its best, no one can doubt this!
Wellbeing is important for great Leadership, its simple, right? Then why are we not prioritizing it?
One, because we think career development is the most important thing and should be the only priority.
The other reason, we know wellbeing is important yet we do not know how to apply it in our life.
Research shows that for us to have an increased Wellbeing level, we need to work on performing more positive activities to get better Emotions, Thoughts and Behaviors.

What is coaching all about
Coaching is a discovery journey for clients to achieve their goals in life to become a better version of themselves.
As a coach, my role is to guide you through this exciting journey to facilitate your Goals. I believe each Client is unique and different, whatever works for you may not work for me. I do believe we are all creative and have the knowledge to impact our lives positively. It is then imperative that Clients set the agenda of discussion, explore the way and determine their Goals.
I love it when Clients figure out how to unlock a particular issue or maybe develop a set of skills. This, not only brings joy to me but also values my existence in life.
Wellbeing is in the heart of how I coach yet I always circle back to, first, Presence which is all about being Present in the moment with full awareness. Second, Embodiment and that is sensing and feeling a situation within our body. This is like a three way communication between ourselves at the present moment, mind and body.

This is the part where I feel it is important to have a good fit rather than selling myself. Coaching is a partnership, its all about being a good fit. You will find many coaches that may support you. What is important in the selection of a Coach is their background, life/work expertise and qualification.

What happens when we coach
Long term engagement results into better sustainable outcomes. For that, I usually ask we commit to a minimum 3 months engagement.
We will begin our journey with a discovery call. I will explain to you the process of Coaching and what happened during our engagement.
The process happens around three main components:
Exploration.
4 weeks (4 hours)
Here you and I will be exploring your current status and what goals do you aspire to have. We will then, shortlist up to 3 goals or maybe topics of concern and keep deliberating/inquiring to uncover what they mean for you.
Resources.
2 weeks (2 hours)
What resources could support achieve this Goal. This could be a skill, strength or maybe a person.
Action and Accountability.
8 weeks (8 hours)
This is where things are now clear and we need to put it in action. We will have to make them Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Time based. We will be experimenting with the Actions and put them to the test.
This framework will govern the Coaching process yet we can always flex it based on your needs.
It is my responsibility to ensure I support you to discover yourself with Presence in mind. We will draw scenarios together and challenge them mindfully.
