I am very committed to coaching as it is something I love and admire doing. Due to my work and family commitments, I only accept a limited number of clients. I usually send out a questionnaire to understand what is the anticipated goal or objective. I am usually very selective on whom I coach as I will be committed beyond what has been agreed upon.

Coaching is a process and hence requires time and personal commitments to see tangible results. Most clients notice changes after one month. It is recommended that a commitment of 3 months minimum. Please reach out to receive the different programs offered and anticipated fee structure
